Why it works at an awards night
An awards night has a formal part and a celebration. Once the presentations are over, winners, nominees and their tables want to mark the moment. The booth gives them a place to do it together. A winner can step onto the platform with their table, the camera circles them and they leave with a 26-second clip of their night.
Why it works at a charity event
A charity event needs people to remember the cause. Every clip a guest downloads and shares can carry the charity's name or logo. It is included with Silver and Gold and is an add-on on Paper and Bronze. The booth also gives guests something to do between the formal parts of the evening and a reason to stay in the room.
Timing on the night
Keep the booth clear of the presentations, the speeches and any auction, because guests should be seated and listening. The natural slots are the drinks reception before the formal part or the party afterwards. Tell the team the running order when you enquire and agree when the booth opens and closes. Your event name or logo on every video
A text or logo overlay is included with Silver and Gold. On Paper and Bronze it is a £20 add-on with the Custom Text or Logo Overlay. One overlay goes on every video from the booking. That could be the event name and year, the charity's logo or the organiser's logo. For a logo, send a transparent PNG. For text, send the exact wording and spelling.
One song plays on every video. On Paper and Bronze V360 chooses an appropriate on-theme popular song unless you add the Custom Music Overlay for £20. On Silver and Gold you choose the song and the 26-second section of it. More is in personalising your 360 booth videos.

How the evening runs
About a fortnight before the event the team contacts the venue to agree the space. On the day the operator or operators arrive one hour before your start time and set up discreetly, so the booth is ready before guests arrive. The booth is cordoned with stanchions so people stay at a safe distance from the camera arm.
When the booth opens, the operator guides each group onto the platform, positions them and positions the camera for every person. The ring lights and the room lighting keep evening wear well lit. Guests are encouraged to dance, look for the camera and pose while the camera rotates around them. The platform does not spin. After the take they are helped down and shown their video at the sharing station. After your end time the team takes around 45 minutes to an hour to break down. Small booth or large booth
- Small booth. A 1.5 m by 1.5 m platform for up to 2 people at a time, run by one operator.
- Large booth. A 2.5 m by 2.5 m platform for up to 4 people at a time, run by two operators because there are more people to manage.

For a large hall with tables stepping up together, the large booth takes up to 4 people at a time with two operators. For a reception area or a smaller room, the small booth fits a 1.5 m square.
Props
Every booking comes with a standard set of high-quality props. If your event has a theme, custom props are £75 for 10 pieces on top of the standard props with the Bespoke Themed Prop Package. Book them at least 4 months ahead.
Your videos after the event
Guests download their own clip at the video sharing station on the night by AirDrop, a QR code, SMS or email. Their phone is not used to record. About 12 hours after the booking ends you are emailed a web gallery of every video plus a shared Google Drive folder for a bulk download. Both stay available for six months and no USB is needed. The gallery link can be shared with anyone, so it is easy to pass the videos to your communications team, your sponsors or your supporters.
Prices and travel
Small Paper is £175 for one hour and Large Paper is £225 for one hour, up to Gold at £425 small and £495 large for four hours. Overlays come with Silver and Gold and are a £20 add-on on Paper and Bronze. Bookings beyond four hours are priced as a custom quote.
