You can personalise V360 Video Booth videos through the song, a text or logo overlay and the props. One song is overlaid on every video from the booking. Song choice and a text or logo overlay are included with Silver and Gold packages. On Paper and Bronze packages V360 chooses an appropriate on-theme popular song unless you add the Custom Music Overlay for £20. A text or logo overlay can be added to Paper and Bronze with the Custom Text or Logo Overlay for £20. Every event gets a standard set of high-quality props plus themed props for the occasion.
Can I add different music to different videos?
No. There is one song overlay and it goes on all the videos from the booking, whichever package you choose. Every guest's clip plays with the same track. When you or your guests watch the full set in the web gallery afterwards, the same song runs through every clip, so the collection feels like one event.
Who chooses the song?
That depends on the package. It is the same rule for the small booth and the large booth.
- Paper and Bronze. V360 chooses an appropriate on-theme popular song and uses it for all the videos. To choose the song yourself, add the Custom Music Overlay for £20.
- Silver and Gold. Song choice is included. You choose the song and which 26-second section of it you want. That song then goes on every video from the booking.
If a particular track means something to you, such as your first dance or a company anthem, Silver and Gold include it and Paper and Bronze can add it for £20.
Can I add my own logo or text on every video?
Yes. A text or logo overlay is included with Silver and Gold packages. On Paper and Bronze packages you can add the Custom Text or Logo Overlay for £20. The overlay appears on all the videos from the booking. Like the song, it is one overlay for the whole event rather than a different design per clip.
For example:
- your names and wedding date
- a birthday or anniversary message
- a company logo for a corporate event or product launch
- an event name or hashtag
What V360 needs from you:
- For text: the exact wording and spelling you want on the videos.
- For a logo: a transparent PNG file.
Because the overlay is on every clip, every video a guest downloads and shares carries your names, your message or your brand.
Are props included?
Yes. Every event gets a standard set of high-quality props plus event-specific themed props. The operator sets them out on V360's own prop table beside the booth, so the venue does not have to supply a table and you do not have to bring anything. Themed props by occasion include:
- Weddings: bride hats, groom top hats, wedding-themed glasses, microphones, tiaras, gold chains and glasses.
- Christmas parties: Christmas-themed props, Santa hats, elf ears, Christmas-themed glasses and Christmas ties.
- New Year and birthdays: themed headbands, glasses and celebratory props.
Props are best held in the hands or worn from the waist up, because the camera frames the top half of the body rather than full length.
Custom props
If your event has its own theme, custom props are available for £75. You get 10 custom pieces and the standard props for your event are still included. Think Lord of the Rings themed props for a wedding or props for a St Patrick's Day party. Custom props can be added to any package and either booth size for any event type or party theme. Book them at least 4 months ahead so V360 has time to source them. There is no approval step. You give V360 the theme and a brief and V360 sources and chooses the props. You can add the Bespoke Themed Prop Package at £75 to your booking or ask about it when you enquire.
How the personal touches show up in the clip
Each clip is 26 seconds long. It plays at normal speed, then in slow motion and then in reverse, in a boomerang style. The song and any text or logo overlay sit on top of that clip. Where the videos go
Guests download their clip at the video sharing station on the night by AirDrop, a QR code, SMS or email. Their phone is not used to record. About 12 hours after the booking ends the client is emailed a web gallery of every video plus a Google Drive folder for a bulk download. Both stay available for six months.
