How It Works:
1. BOOK YOUR PACKAGE
Choose your preferred package, select your event date and booking time then confirm your venue address and complete your payment!
2. ADD A PERSONAL TOUCH
Upon booking, our team will reach out to confirm any custom details, such as text overlays or music choices and coordinate booth setup with your venue.
3. SETUP & PREP
On the event day, our team will arrive 1 hour before the start time to set up the booth. Our attendant(s) will be ready to assist your guests throughout the event.
4. INSTANT MEMORIES!
We'll guide and help your guests create fun videos with a variety of props and ensure they receive their video as soon as they step off the booth!
5. THAT'S A WRAP!
Once the event ends, our team will break down the booth and clear everything up quietly, ensuring a smooth departure without disruption to your event.

Yes, we can accept a 50% deposit to secure your date. Please get in touch with us to arrange the deposit payment at info@V360VideoBooth.com or by phone or whatsapp at 07712111572.
The remaining 50% balance will then be due one week before your booking date.

Every booking includes our professional booth operators who take care of the full setup, operation and breakdown for you. They’ll keep everything running safely while also hyping up your guests to create the most fun and unforgettable videos.
Our Small 360 Video Booth comes with 1 operator, while the Large 360 Video Booth includes 2 operators to ensure everything goes perfectly, so you can relax and enjoy your event without a worry!
Our teams are based across South Wales and travel to any event free of charge within South Wales and Bristol.
For events located outside of these areas there is a small travel charge but please get in touch with your location and event details at info@V360VideoBooth.com or 07712111572 and we’ll be happy to help arrange your booking.
Our Large 360 Video Booth requires a 2.5m x 2.5m area, giving plenty of room for setup, smooth operation, and a safe cordon around the platform while in use.
Our Small 360 Video Booth is more compact, needing just 1.5m x 1.5m of space.
To save you time and stress, we will always liaise directly with your venue ahead of your event to confirm and secure the most suitable space for your chosen booth.

Yes! All videos are free for your guests to download.
As soon as they step off the platform, their slow-motion videos are ready to download instantly via Airdrop, SMS, email or QR code, making it easy for everyone to immediately save and share the fun they're having at your event!
Additionally, 24 hours after your event, we provide the booker with an online web gallery containing all the videos from the event to share with guests or download in bulk for their own records or marketing purposes.
Yes! Your guests safety is our top priority! The platform is fully enclosed with barriers to keep other guests secure while the camera rotates around users.
The smooth motion of the camera arm is gentle and controlled, ensuring that children, adults and seniors can all enjoy the experience safely. Our team is also always on hand to supervise, guide guests and make sure everyone has a safe, fun and worry-free experience!
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a generous cancellation period. You can cancel your booking up to 21 days before your event at no cost and your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
If cancellation occurs within 21 days of your event, a 20% charge of the original booking price applies due to loss of business from the late cancellation.

Your safety is our top priority. Our booth is fully PAT tested, and we hold comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. Copies of our certificates are available on request and provided once your booking is confirmed. We can also provide a detailed risk assessment tailored to your venue.
