We will always have a professional booth operator attend your event with every booking package to take care of the booth setup, running and breakdown so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your event without a worry.

Our operators will look after your guests, guiding them to create the most fun and extravagant videos of your event!

No! Unlike other companies, we do not charge for the time taken to set up and dismantle the booth or the travel time and costs.

This time is also not included within your booking time so your guests have the full time you paid for to enjoy the booth in all its glory!

Videos will be made available for your guests to download as soon as they step off the booth, allowing them to download their video for free and then share the fun of your event with their family, friends and followers!

Videos will also be available to view in a dedicated online gallery which can be accessed after the event by yourself and attending guests.

The V360 video booth itself is 100 cm in diameter holding up to 1-4 guests at a time. Due to the rotating camera arm and our commitment to keeping your guests safe, we require a 3m x 3m area to be sectioned off at your event for the booth.

Up to 4 guests or 300kg maximum load capacity can stand on our 100 cm circular platform at a time whilst our high definition camera rotates, capturing a slow motion video of your guests posing, groving and moving!

We are based in South Wales covering areas which include Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Monmouth and also Bristol on a regular basis but we can cover further afield on request.

The booth takes approximately 30-45 minutes to set up but we will arrive on site 60 minutes before your booking is due to start to ensure we do not disrupt your event. Please ensure that our operators will have easy access and parking to the venue for transporting the booth.

Unlike other companies, we do not charge for the time taken to set up and dismantle the booth or the travel time and costs. This time is also not included within your booking time so your guests have the full time you paid for to enjoy the booth in all its glory!

Your safety is our priority. All of our electronics have been PAT tested to ensure they comply with the required industry and venue safety standards.

At V360, we only use metal based booth platforms with reinforced metal based camera arms to ensure a safe and secure platform for your guests to pose without a worry.

Unlike many booths, we do not have any plastic foundations to our booths and use an anti-slip platform cover so you can rest assured that your guests are in safe hands.

We know things change quickly and so we offer the longest cancellation period available. Simply contact us at up to 21 days before the event date to cancel your event for free! Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method only.

Cancellations after the 21 day timeframe will incur a 20% charge of the original booking price. Our full cancellation policy can be found here.

Our operator will arrive at your venue up to 60 minutes before your booking time to review the allocated space complies with our safety standards and to ensure booth setup does not disrupt your event.

All our 360 degree videos are optimised for social media sharing to get the most exposure and advertising of your event possible, creating 10-15 second social media optimised videos for sharing across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook platforms.

Yes! All videos from your event can be branded with your event logo, business logo, personal brand logo, name or website to ensure maximum exposure for when guests share their videos from the booth across social media.

This feature is available for Silver and Gold packages only, once booked we will be in touch to arrange customisation of your videos prior to the event.

Your guests safety is our priority. All our staff have been trained in COVID-19 safety practices and our operators carry out coronavirus-conscious processes to limit contact with your guests in line with the latest government guidance.

We are also happy to follow any of your own or your venues COVID-19 or PPE requirements, please notify us of these up to 21 days before the event so we can ensure these processes are put in place.

Your safety is our priority. We have Public Liability insurance and our Booth has been PAT tested. A copy of our certificates can be provided upon request once your booking has been confirmed.
