We will always have a professional booth operator attend your event with every booking package to take care of the booth setup, running and breakdown so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your event without a worry.

For everyone’s safety and to ensure the best experience, our 360 Video Booth requires a dedicated area to be sectioned off. This allows enough space for the rotating camera arm and our protective barriers around your guests.

We recommend the following space per booth:

• Large Booth: 2.5m x 2.5m
  
• Small Booth: 1.5m x 1.5m

Allow about 2.1 m headroom. Outdoors only under cover.

Please don’t worry about arranging this in advance, we’ll always call your venue ahead of time to coordinate and secure a suitable space, so everything is taken care of for you!

Our circular platform can hold up to 4 guests on the Large Booth or up to 2 guests on the Small Booth at a time.

While on the platform, our camera smoothly rotates around, capturing stunning slow-motion videos of your guests as they pose, groove and have fun!

We are based in South Wales covering areas which include Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Monmouth and also Bristol on a regular basis but we can cover further afield on request.

The booth takes approximately 30-45 minutes to set up but we will arrive on site 60 minutes before your booking is due to start to ensure we do not disrupt your event. Please ensure that our operators will have easy access and parking to the venue for transporting the booth.

Unlike other companies, we do not charge for the time taken to set up and dismantle the booth or the travel time and costs. This time is also not included within your booking time so your guests have the full time you paid for to enjoy the booth in all its glory!

We know things change quickly and so we offer the longest cancellation period available. Simply contact us at info@V360VideoBooth.com up to 21 days before the event date to cancel your event for free! Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method only.

Cancellations after the 21 day timeframe will incur a 20% charge of the original booking price. Our full cancellation policy can be found here.
