You get your V360 Video Booth videos in two ways. Guests download their own clip at the video sharing station on the night by AirDrop, a QR code, SMS or email. Then about 12 hours after the booking ends you are emailed a web gallery of every video from the event plus a Google Drive folder so you can download them all at once. Videos are not supplied on a USB.
On the night: the video sharing station
After each take the operator helps the group down from the platform and shows them their video at the video sharing station. The operator then helps them download it to their own phone. The routes are:
- AirDrop
- a QR code
- SMS
That means guests can watch their clip, save it and share it before they rejoin the party. Wifi is not required for the booth or the sharing station. The guest's phone is only used to receive the video. It is never used to record.
Do you send all the videos from the event?
Yes. About 12 hours after the booking ends the team emails the client a link to a web gallery with all the videos from the event. It is not a selection. Every clip from the booking is in it, including the ones guests have already downloaded and any a guest did not get round to saving.
The web gallery
The gallery is the easy way to enjoy the whole event. With it you can:
- watch everyone's videos, which is a fun extra on top of the clips people downloaded on the night
- download videos individually
- share the link with anyone so they can view them
The gallery stays available for six months after the event. That last point matters for weddings and parties. Guests who missed the booth or forgot to save their clip can watch the full set once you pass the link on. You do not have to send files to people one by one.
The Google Drive folder
The same email includes a link to a shared Google Drive folder with all the videos uploaded. Use that when you want the full set in one go. The gallery is for watching and sharing. The Drive folder is for bulk download. Like the gallery, the Drive folder stays available for six months, so download the full set within that time if you want to keep it.
Can I get the videos on a USB?
No. V360 does not supply videos on a USB stick. Everything is delivered digitally through the web gallery and the Google Drive folder. If you would like a copy on a USB stick or a hard drive for safekeeping, download the full set from the Google Drive folder and copy it across yourself.
Every video in the same style
Each clip is 26 seconds long. It plays at normal speed, then in slow motion and then in reverse, in a boomerang style. The camera frames the top half of the body. The same song is overlaid on every video. On Paper and Bronze packages V360 chooses an on-theme popular song. On Silver and Gold packages you choose the song and the text or logo overlay, which also appears on every video. The timeline in brief
- About a fortnight before the event the team contacts the venue to agree the space.
- On the day the operator or operators arrive one hour before the booked start and set up discreetly.
- During the booking guests download their clips at the sharing station.
- After the end time the team takes around 45 minutes to an hour to break down and leave.
- About 12 hours after the booking ends you receive the gallery and Google Drive links by email.
- Both links stay available for six months.
