A small V360 Video Booth starts at £175 to hire and a large booth starts at £225. That price is for a staffed booking. An operator runs the platform, the queue and the sharing station. You are not paying for a machine you set up yourself and you are not buying a booth. The figure moves with the booth size and with how many hours you want it open.
Small and large packages for one to four hours
The small booth is a two-person booth with one operator. From one hour to four hours the small booth hire is:
- Small Paper is £175 for one hour.
- Bronze is £225 for two hours.
- Silver is £325 for three hours.
- Gold is £425 for four hours.
The large booth is the bigger platform and it is staffed by two operators because there are more people to manage. From one hour to four hours the large booth hire is:
- Large Paper is £225 for one hour.
- Bronze is £295 for two hours.
- Silver is £395 for three hours.
- Gold is £495 for four hours.
Bronze, Silver and Gold are the two-hour, three-hour and four-hour names on each list and the prices differ by booth size. Small Paper and Large Paper are the one-hour names. Hours beyond four can be booked when you enquire. This article does not name those longer slots.
What the price includes
The price is the staffed hire for the hours you book. It includes the operator on a small booth or the two operators on a large booth. It includes the prop table V360 brings so the venue does not have to find one. It includes the stanchions that cordon the booth and the ring lights used with the room lighting. It includes the video sharing station on the night.
With each group the operator guides guests onto the platform and positions them. They explain how the booth works and how to get the best videos. They position the camera for every person and they frame and light the group with the ring lights and the room lighting. Guests are encouraged to dance, look for the camera and pose. The camera rotates and circles the people on the platform. It does not stay fixed in front of them. When the rotation stops the operator helps guests down, shows the video at the sharing station and helps them download it by AirDrop, a QR code, SMS or email.
About a fortnight before the event the team contacts the venue to agree the space. On the day they arrive one hour before the booked start and set up discreetly. After the end time they take 45 minutes to an hour to break down and leave. About 12 hours later the client gets an email. It holds a web gallery of every video so you can watch them, download one by one and share the link. The same email includes a Google Drive folder for a bulk download. Wifi is not required for the booth, the sharing station or those files.
The small platform is 1.5 m by 1.5 m and the large platform is 2.5 m by 2.5 m. You need a power plug or other power source and a solid even floor. A marquee is fine if direct sunlight is kept off the booth, because the sun overexposes guests on the video. Indoors, if the booth is in front of a window, V360 has blackout covers. How the square is judged is in how much space a 360 video booth needs. The evening from arrival to pack-down is in what happens on the night with a staffed 360 video booth.
What changes the price
Two choices change the hire price. The first is the booth size, small or large. The second is the number of hours, from the one-hour Paper booking through to the four-hour Gold booking. Travel inside the free area below is included rather than added as a separate charge. The booth does not need venue wifi so a network is not part of the price. This article does not add a menu of optional extras. You are booking a staffed booth for a set time at the package that matches the size and the hours.
Where you can hire
Travel is free across South Wales, West Wales, Bristol and Thornbury. It is not free to Weston-super-Mare, Nailsea, Keynsham, Yate or Long Ashton. For bookings in Wales, V360 is Wales' leading dedicated 360 video booth. That line is for Wales. Bristol is in the free-travel area and is not described as Wales. Town by town coverage is on areas we cover. If the date is a wedding, the wider guide is 360 video booth hire for weddings.
Buying a machine is a different search
People searching to buy a 360 booth are looking at equipment shops and that is not this service. Buying a machine is a different search and this article is about hiring a staffed booth.
To hold a date, send the venue, the day, the hours and whether you want the small booth or the large booth. Contact V360 Video Booth and the team will take it from there, including the call to the venue about a fortnight ahead.
