V360 Video Booth at the BSPD Annual Conference Gala at the National Museum Cardiff

V360 Video Booth was thrilled to be part of the prestigious BSPD Annual Conference Gala Dinner and Party, held at the stunning National Museum Cardiff. Fitwise Events, the event organisers, hired our services for a custom 5.5-hour package to entertain the attendees during their celebration. The event was an unforgettable evening of fun, music and entertainment, set against the backdrop of Cardiff's iconic museum.

Our team arrived one hour early to set up the booth in the main hall, which was buzzing with excitement. The atmosphere was already electric, with a stellar lineup of entertainers including the Cardiff Male Voice Choir and Adam Reeve, Close-Up Magician. As always, we worked closely with the other entertainers, ensuring that we captured incredible content that could be shared for future marketing and promotional purposes.

As the room filled up, the anticipation for the 360-degree video booth was palpable. Guests eagerly queued to take their turn in the booth, where they could create unique and exciting videos. We provided themed props related to dentistry, which were a huge hit with the attendees. The oversized toothbrushes added a touch of humor and creativity to the videos, making them both fun and on-brand for the event.

Our two operators ran the booth seamlessly for the full 5.5 hours, ensuring that everyone had the chance to create their own memorable video moments. Each video was instantly available via AirDrop or email, allowing guests to share their fun moments on social media, further promoting the event and the BSPD conference.

It was fantastic to see the guests get so creative, using the props and dancing to the music, which made for some of the most entertaining content we’ve captured to date. From dentists to magicians, everyone enjoyed stepping into the booth and leaving with a personalised video that captured their fun and unique personality.

We were also impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the Fitwise Events team and staff at the National Museum Cardiff were. They ensured a smooth setup and helped us create the best experience for the guests. It was truly a collaborative effort and we hope to be back for future events at this iconic venue!

In conclusion, V360 Video Booth was proud to be part of such a special event for the BSPD Annual Conference. The mix of great people, fun props and the opportunity to create lasting memories made this event one to remember. We can’t wait for more opportunities to bring our 360-degree video booth to future events and help create even more incredible content!
