V360 Video Booth at Penllergaer Primary School Year 6 Leaver's Party at Venue1
We had an amazing time at the Penllergaer Primary School Year 6 Leaver's Party at Venue1, where we provided our 2-hour Bronze Booking Package with the large up-to-4-person 360-degree video booth. This exciting event marked an important milestone for the Year 6 students, who were celebrating their graduation with style and fun!
Setting Up for the Big Day
Our team arrived an hour before the event to set up in Venue1’s spacious function room, where the party would take place. The students were eager and the atmosphere was buzzing even as we set up the booth and ran a few test videos. The party was well underway with other great entertainers, including slushie and popcorn machines and caricaturists, creating an amazing fun-filled environment for everyone. We were all set to capture some truly memorable moments.
Personalised Experience with Custom Song Choice
As part of the Bronze Booking Package, the students had the opportunity to choose a song that reflected the energy of their group and they chose “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers, an absolute classic that added even more energy to the fun of the night. The song played over all the videos created, making each one feel even more personalised and unique for the students. It was the perfect choice to accompany their final celebration at primary school before heading off to secondary school.
Fun Props and Endless Poses
The 360-degree video booth was an instant hit with the students! They had a blast using the fun themed props we provided, including funky hats, oversized glasses and boas, which helped them get creative with their poses and capture some fantastic footage. As the camera rotated and captured every angle, it was clear the students were loving the experience. The excitement never waned and there was always a line waiting to jump in and have their turn in front of the camera!
Instant Memories to Share
As the night progressed, our operators worked tirelessly to ensure the students had a seamless and unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of the booth was the instant sharing feature, which allowed the students to get their videos right away through AirDrop or email. The kids wasted no time in sharing their videos with friends and family, making sure everyone could see the fun they were having and celebrating their big day.
We are so glad we could be a part of Penllergaer Primary School’s Year 6 Leaver's Party at Venue1. It was a joy to see the students let loose, have fun and create memories they’ll treasure forever. From the energetic dancing to the creative poses and the great song choice, it was a night to remember.
