V360 Video Booth at Bedwas High School Prom: A Night to Remember at Maes Manor
We were thrilled to be part of Bedwas High School's prom at Maes Manor Hotel in Blackwood, South Wales, on June 26, 2024, capturing unforgettable memories with our 3-hour Silver Booking Package and large 360-degree video booth.
The Big Day: A Memorable Celebration
The prom was an event full of excitement, energy and glamour as the students of Bedwas High School gathered at the picturesque Maes Manor to celebrate this special milestone. From the moment we set up our up-to-4 person 360-degree video booth, the buzz in the room was contagious! We were welcomed by enthusiastic students who couldn't wait to jump into the booth and create fun, energetic videos that would serve as lasting mementos of the evening.
Customising the Experience
As part of the Silver Package, the newly graduated students had the opportunity to select a song to overlay on all their videos. They chose "Can't Stop the Feeling!" by Justin Timberlake, a perfect tune that matched the joyful atmosphere of the night. With this catchy track playing in the background, each 360 video became a fun, personalised clip that captured their prom night energy!
Memorable Videos with Personal Touch
In addition to the song, we included a custom text overlay that read "Bedwas High School Prom 26/06/2024" across all videos. This added a special touch to each video, helping the students commemorate the occasion for years to come. Whether it was striking poses, dancing or simply enjoying the moment, the 360-degree booth captured it all, with each video processing quickly and instantly ready to be shared with friends and family.
Fun Props, Great Memories
We provided a range of fun themed props for the students to use, which added to the excitement. From oversized sunglasses to funky hats, the students took full advantage of the props, showing off their creative flair and making the most of the experience. As the night went on, the queue for the booth never stopped and everyone had a blast dancing, posing and having fun while the booth worked its magic.
Instant Sharing for Instant Memories
One of the highlights of our service is the instant sharing feature. As soon as guests stepped out of the booth, they received their videos via AirDrop or email, so they could share their creations on social media right away. It was amazing to see the prom-goers share their fun, personalised videos with friends and family, creating buzz around the prom and bringing a new level of excitement to the event.
We had an incredible time at Maes Manor with the students of Bedwas High School and we look forward to more events like this one. The energy, creativity and excitement that this group brought to the booth made for some of the best content we’ve ever captured! Here's to many more unforgettable moments ahead!
