Rocking the Night Away with Fresenius Kabi: V360 Video Booth at Celtic Manor Resort
V360 Video Booth had the incredible opportunity to bring the fun and energy to Fresenius Kabi's corporate after-party at the prestigious Celtic Manor Resort in Newport. With a bold rock-themed celebration hosted in the elegant Ian Edwards Conference Centre, the night was one to remember!
Our team arrived an hour early to ensure everything was set up seamlessly, coordinating with other entertainment providers, including a live band and DJ. The venue was decked out in full rock star glory, creating the perfect backdrop for our large 360-degree video booth to capture unforgettable moments.
A Custom Package for a Rockin’ Event
Fresenius Kabi opted for a custom 5.5-hour package, complete with three V360 operators who ensured the booth ran non-stop throughout the evening. Guests took full advantage of the booth’s features, creating spectacular videos that captured the night’s energy.
We brought along a variety of rock-themed props, including inflatable guitars, edgy sunglasses and leather-look accessories, which were a massive hit. The props added a fun twist to every video, letting guests fully embrace their inner rock star.
Instant Memories Shared
As always, we made every video instantly available to guests via AirDrop or email, a feature they loved. The excitement was palpable as people previewed their videos and quickly shared them across social media, spreading the electric vibe of the evening and even giving Fresenius Kabi some excellent marketing content.
A Warm Welcome at Celtic Manor
The staff at Celtic Manor and the Fresenius Kabi team were fantastic hosts, providing a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for our team to work efficiently. The combination of the stunning venue, enthusiastic guests and seamless event coordination made for an unforgettable night.
