Leanne’s wedding at Ynystawe Cricket Club was a wonderful celebration filled with laughter, dancing and joyful moments shared with family and friends. Arriving and Setting Up for the Evening
Our team arrived at the venue at 7:30pm, giving us plenty of time to set up ahead of the 8:30pm start time. Working efficiently and discreetly, we positioned the 360 video booth alongside the champagne gold shimmer wall, which provided a stunning backdrop and elevated the overall look of the setup.
The shimmer wall added an extra touch of glamour to the space, reflecting the lights beautifully and creating the perfect background for slow-motion videos. Once everything was in place, we were ready to welcome guests onto the platform for a night of non-stop entertainment.
The Newlyweds Take the Platform
The beautiful newlyweds kicked off the booth experience themselves, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. Their first video was back-to-back, full of smiles, laughter and playful posing. Leanne chose our much-loved bejewelled bride hat, while the groom opted for the classic groom top hat and it was clear they were having the time of their lives.
They then turned to face one another, sharing a quiet, romantic moment as they gazed into each other’s eyes before leaning in for a kiss. The result was a stunning, cinematic video that perfectly captured their connection and created a keepsake they will treasure for years to come.
A Busy Booth and a Brilliant Atmosphere
After the newlyweds, the booth stayed busy for the rest of the night. Guests queued eagerly to take their turn, dancing, laughing and striking poses as they created their own videos. The energy never dropped and it was a pleasure to see so many guests fully embracing the experience.
All of Leanne’s guests were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, making it a joy for our team to be part of the celebration. From group shots to spontaneous dance moves, the content created throughout the evening perfectly reflected the fun and relaxed atmosphere of the wedding.
Music, Dancing and Seamless Entertainment
The evening entertainment was complemented perfectly by DJ Martin Dibble, who provided the music and kept the dancefloor buzzing throughout the night. With great music playing, guests flowed naturally between the dancefloor and the 360 video booth, keeping both areas lively and full of energy.
Having strong entertainment working together made the evening run seamlessly, with guests enjoying a continuous party atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to capture memorable moments on the booth.
A Smooth Finish to a Fantastic Evening
We finished the night at 10:30pm, packing down quietly and efficiently without disturbing the ongoing celebrations. As we drove off into the night, we reflected on what a genuinely enjoyable wedding it had been to work.
